厦门国际会展中心厦门国际会展中心于2004年10月份通过了国际展览联盟（UFI）理事会的审核，并获准以“展览馆”身份加盟，成为UFI的正式成员(Full Member).
    总部设在法国巴黎的国际展览联盟（The International Association of Exhibition Industry）成立于1925年，是世界博览业最具代表性的协会，也是展览业界唯一的全球化组织。截止2004年，UFI共批准了256家成员组织，包括195个展览主办者、120个展览馆和39个协会组织。目前，我国共有30家展览单位加入UFI，其中以“展览馆”身份加入的仅有6家，厦门国际会展中心作为一名UFI成员，意味着其展览设施和服务得到了国际权威机构的认同，也意味着厦门国际会展中心的服务向国际化、规范化迈出了可喜的一步。
     中国国际展览中心集团、中国展览馆协会、香港会议展览中心对厦门国际会展中心加入UFI工作给予了大力的支持和热忱的帮助。目前，厦门国际会展中心的信息已成功载入了UFI网站（http://www.ufi.org ），它将以全新的形象迎接世界。

             Brief Introduction to Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center 
 
    A modern exhibition place: It covers an area of 470,000m2 and a building area of 160,000m2, 470,000m2 of which is indoor exhibition area being able to hold 2200 international standard booths, while the rest 56,000m2 is outdoor exhibition area  The center also includes more than 20  high-grade and medium- grade conference rooms and a multi-functional room for 1500 people.  There is a matching four-star hotel–Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Hotel. In a word, XICEC is a nationwide top-class modern exhibition center integrating functions of exhibition, conferences and hotel. Member of UFI: XICEC became a member of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) as an exhibition center.
   Complete service system: XICEC took the lead of Chinese exhibition industry in passing ISO9001 quality system 
    Authentication. It integrated into the exhibition hall frontier port departments such as customs and inspection and quarantine bureau into the exhibition hall, established a “green channel” for foreign exhibits, provided exhibit service including on-site supervision, storage and transportation, and provided complete supplementary service including catering, advertising, entertaining, sightseeing, and so on.

 福州国际会展中心坐落在市中心最繁华的五四路段，被200多亩的欧式温泉公园所环抱。福州国际会展中心建筑面积5.88万平方米， B厅为主展厅，净高5米，面积约5700平方米， C 、D 、E层展厅每层约8000平方米，净高4米。另有A厅和A夹层厅约6000平方米。展厅可设置2000个国际标准展位，并设有同声传译系统的会议、接待、演示等多功能厅。福州国际会展中心是集展示、会议和招商贸易为一体的多功能展馆。

        福州展览城位于风景优美的乌龙江畔福州金山新区，占地面积共330亩，一期展馆总建筑面积4万平方米，室外展场1万平方米，共可设置2000个国际标准展位；广场10万平方米，设有各类货柜车专用停车场。两展馆均设有会议、洽谈、接待、演示等专业性功能厅并配有同声传译系统。

　　福州国际会展中心与福州展览城均由福州市政府投资兴建，统一委托福州市贸易发展局管理，在招展办展上具有独特的优势。近年来已先后成功举办“中国体育用品博览会”、“全国医疗器械博览会”、“第48届、第52届全国汽配会”、“全国高教仪器设备展示会”和“第13届全国书市”等全国性大型专业展会，并受到主办单位的充分肯定。福州国际会展中心和福州展览城将竭诚为主办单位、参展商及观众提供更加完善的管理与服务。
